The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has published the provisional answer key for the Assistant Professor, Government Degree College (Screening) Examination 2025. The recruitment examination was conducted on May 31, 2026, and the commission has released the scanned question paper along with answer keys for the General Studies section (Questions 1 to 30).

Candidates who appeared for the examination can now review the provisional answers and, if required, submit objections against the General Studies questions within the prescribed timeline.

UPPSC Assistant Professor Exam 2026 Overview

The screening examination was conducted across 10 districts in Uttar Pradesh on May 31, 2026. The test was held in a single session from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

At present, UPPSC has made available only the answer key for the objective-type General Studies portion of the examination. Candidates are advised to compare their responses with the provisional key and identify any discrepancies.

Objection Window and Important Dates

The provisional answer key will remain available on the official UPPSC website until June 9, 2026. Candidates who find any errors in the questions or answers can submit objections in the format specified by the commission.

While filing objections, applicants must mention:

• The complete question as printed in the question booklet.

• The question serial number from the booklet carrying barcode serial number 1005873.

• The answer provided by the commission.

• The correct option along with supporting evidence.

Only objections related to Questions 1 to 30 of the General Studies section will be considered.

How to Submit Objections

Candidates must send their representations to:

Objections can be submitted either through post or by visiting the commission's office counter on any working day. The last date and time for submission is June 9, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

The commission has clarified that objections submitted without valid documentary evidence, with unclear or irrelevant proof, or based on a different question booklet barcode number will not be accepted. Representations received after the deadline will also be rejected.

Candidates should clearly mention the examination and objection details on the envelope before sending it.

• Roll Number

• Name of the Examination

• Subject Name

• Question Number

• Commission's Published Answer

• Proposed Correct Answer
