Description

The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has reopened the online registration portal for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) February 2026 cycle, giving a second chance to candidates who missed the initial deadline. Aspirants can now submit their applications and complete fee payments directly on the official KTET website.

This extension comes in response to growing demand from teacher training graduates seeking government school employment. KTET has seen a rising number of applicants in recent years, with over 1.2 lakh candidates registering annually across Categories I through IV. Education authorities emphasize that reopening the registration window ensures broader participation, especially since qualified KTET certificates now carry lifetime validity.
