The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has opened the counselling registration process for NCHMCT JEE 2026 from June 1, 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance examination can now register online through the official counselling portal. The registration window will remain open until June 4, 2026.

Admission to hotel management programmes will be carried out through the counselling process based on candidates' ranks, seat availability, and the preferences submitted during choice filling.

Counselling Registration Fee

To participate in the counselling process, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ?2,000. Along with the fee payment, applicants must select and lock their preferred institutes and courses for the first round of seat allotment.

The Round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on June 6, 2026.

Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates should keep the following documents ready for verification:

• NCHMCT JEE 2026 admit card

• Application form

• JEE scorecard/result

• Class 10 certificate or proof of date of birth

• Medical fitness certificate

• Class 12 (10+2) mark sheet or passing certificate

• Reservation category certificate, if applicable

Candidates seeking reservation benefits must upload valid supporting documents during the verification process.

Steps to Register for NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026

• Visit the official NCHMCT counselling portal.

• Click on the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026 link.

• Select "New Candidate Registration."

• Read the instructions carefully and accept the declaration.

• Enter your roll number, password, and security code.

• Complete the registration process.

• Fill in and arrange institute and course preferences.

• Review all details carefully before submission.

• Submit the form and save a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

Participating Colleges and Seat Matrix

The counselling process will cover admission to 80 participating institutes offering hospitality and hotel administration programmes.

• Central Government Institutes: 23 colleges with 6,957 seats

• State Government Institutes: 32 colleges with 3,246 seats

• Private Institutes: 25 colleges with 2,424 seats

A total of 12,627 seats are available through the counselling process.

Admission Process

Admissions to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (BSc HHA) programme will be conducted through a two-round counselling process. Candidates are advised to complete registration before the deadline and regularly visit the official counselling portal for the latest updates on seat allotment, document verification, and admission schedules.
