The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the RRB Paramedical Result 2026 and released the scorecards along with category-wise cut-off marks on May 29, 2026, for candidates who appeared in the CEN 03/2025 recruitment examination.

Applicants who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) can now access their results and individual scorecards through the official RRB websites. The scorecard enables candidates to review their marks and determine their qualification status for the next stages of the recruitment process.

RRB has made the scorecard available on its official portals, including the central website and various regional RRB websites. To access the scorecard, candidates must log in using their registration number and date of birth.

The scorecard contains important details such as total marks obtained, section-wise performance, and qualifying status in the CBT.

Zone-Wise Results and Cut-Off Marks Released

The Railway Recruitment Board has published results separately for different regions. Alongside the merit lists, category-wise cut-off marks have also been released to help candidates assess their chances of progressing further in the selection process.

Candidates who appeared for the examination conducted on March 11, 12, and 13, 2026, can check their result status by downloading the result PDF available on their respective regional RRB websites.

Recruitment Drive for 434 Paramedical Vacancies

The recruitment process under CEN 03/2025 aims to fill 434 vacancies across several paramedical categories in Indian Railways.

The posts included in the recruitment drive are:

• Nursing Superintendent

• Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III

• Pharmacist Grade III

• Lab Assistant Grade II

• Other allied healthcare positions

These vacancies are spread across various railway zones and healthcare units.
