The Indian Navy has activated the challenge window for candidates who appeared in the INCET-01/2025 Civilian Recruitment Examination. The notice has been issued under the Ministry of Defence for candidates who took the exam and re-exam conducted between August 31 and September 3, 2025, as well as on February 2, 2026.

As per the official notification, candidates can log in to the Indian Navy recruitment portal to view the master question paper, the provisional answer key, and details of questions marked for cancellation or removal. This facility allows candidates to raise objections against any discrepancies found in the answer key or questions.

Challenge Window Schedule

The objection portal will open at 10:30 AM on May 29, 2026, and will remain active until 11:59 PM on June 11, 2026. Candidates are advised to carefully read the guidelines before submitting objections. All challenges must be submitted only through the official online portal under the civilian recruitment section of the Indian Navy website. Requests sent via email, post, or any offline mode will not be accepted.

Objection Fee Details

Candidates must pay Rs 100 plus applicable bank charges for each question they wish to challenge. However, no fee is required for questions already marked for deletion or cancellation in the provisional list.

If an objection is found to be valid after expert review, the fee for that specific challenge will be refunded after deducting bank charges.

Expert Review Process

All submitted objections will be examined by a panel of subject experts appointed by the Indian Navy. If any challenge is accepted, the answer key will be updated before the final result is prepared.

The Indian Navy has clarified that candidates will not receive individual communication regarding the acceptance or rejection of their objections. The decision of the authority on all challenges will be final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
