The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the HPCET 2026 final answer key on its official website. The Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test was conducted on May 9 and 10, 2026 for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, MCA, MBA, and M.Sc. Physics.

The final answer key has been published after carefully reviewing objections submitted by candidates against the provisional answer key. Students were allowed to raise challenges until May 20, 2026.

According to the university, all objections were thoroughly evaluated by subject experts before finalising the answer key. HPTU has stated that the final answer key is conclusive, and no further objections or appeals will be accepted.

The Controller of Examinations confirmed that disputed questions were reviewed in detail to ensure accuracy in the evaluation process. The university also noted that the HPCET 2026 results will be prepared based on this final answer key.

While the official result date has not yet been announced, the results are expected to be declared shortly.
