The Railway Recruitment Boards have officially announced the RRB NTPC Undergraduate (UG) CBT 2 Result 2026 for candidates who appeared in the second-stage Computer Based Test conducted on December 20, 2025 under CEN 06/2024.

The result PDFs containing the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates have been uploaded on the respective regional RRB websites. Candidates can now check their qualifying status online.

RRB NTPC UG Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive is being conducted for multiple undergraduate-level Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts in Indian Railways.

A total of 3,445 vacancies are being filled through this recruitment process.

The post-wise vacancy distribution includes:

• 2,022 vacancies for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk

• 72 vacancies for Train Clerk

• 361 vacancies for Accounts Clerk cum Typist

• 990 vacancies for Junior Clerk cum Typist

The recruitment process is aimed at selecting eligible candidates for various clerical and ticketing positions across railway zones.

Candidates Can Check Individual Scorecards

Apart from the result PDFs, candidates can also access their individual scorecards by logging into the official RRB portal using their registration number and date of birth.

The Railway Recruitment Boards clarified that candidates have been shortlisted based on marks obtained out of 100 in the CBT 2 examination.

Final Selection Process for RRB NTPC UG Posts

RRB has stated that final selection and allotment of posts will be based on multiple factors, including:

• Merit in CBT 2

• Post preference submitted by candidates

• Qualification in Typing Skill Test, wherever applicable

• Document Verification (DV)

• Medical fitness

• Availability of vacancies

Only candidates who successfully complete all required stages will receive final appointment offers.

Candidates shortlisted in CBT 2 have now been provisionally selected for the next recruitment stages, including Document Verification and Medical Examination.

RRB informed that Document Verification call letters will be issued separately through SMS, email, and official websites.

Shortlisted candidates must carry original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during the verification process.

After successful document verification, candidates will undergo medical examinations at designated Railway hospitals before final appointment.
