Description

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the provisional answer keys for the MHT CET 2026 entrance examinations conducted for various undergraduate programmes, including BHMCT, BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access the answer key on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org.

Along with the release of the provisional key, the CET Cell has also activated the objection facility for candidates who wish to challenge any answers. As per the official schedule, the objection window will remain open until May 23, 2026.

Candidates who wish to raise objections must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 per question and submit valid supporting documents for each challenge.

MHT CET 2026 Answer Key: How to Raise Objections

Candidates can follow the steps below to submit objections against the provisional answer key:

  • Visit the official website.

  • Log in using the required credentials.

  • Open the “Objection Tracking” section.

  • Select the question you want to challenge.

  • Upload supporting proof or documents.

  • Submit the objection form.

  • Pay the applicable fee of Rs 1,000 per question.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell conducted the MHT CET 2026 examinations for admission into undergraduate courses such as BHMCT, BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM offered by various colleges across Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2026 Counselling Process

After reviewing all objections, the CET Cell will release the final answer key and declare the results. Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible for the counselling process.

During counselling, candidates will need to submit their preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment will be done based on exam rank and choices filled by candidates.
