The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is set to close the online registration window for Constable (Technical, Tradesmen, and Pioneer) Recruitment 2026 soon. Eligible candidates who wish to apply must complete their applications through the official CRPF recruitment portal before the deadline of May 19, 2026.

The application process is being conducted online via the official recruitment website. This drive aims to fill a total of 9,195 vacancies across different technical and tradesman posts for both male and female candidates.

The registration process began on April 20, 2026.

CRPF Constable Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Distribution

As per the official notification:

• Male candidates: 9,096 posts

• Female candidates: 79 posts

• Pioneer wing (all India): 20 posts

The recruitment includes various roles such as Driver, Cook, Carpenter, Tailor, Barber, Washerman, Safai Karamchari, along with other technical and trade-based positions.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

Applicants must be Indian citizens.

Age Limit:

• Driver posts: 21 to 27 years

• Other posts: 18 to 23 years
  Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognised board. For certain roles, ITI certification, technical qualifications, or relevant work experience may also be required as per the official notification.

Selection Process

The selection will be carried out through the following stages:

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Trade/Skill Test

• Document Verification

• Medical Examination

Final selection will be based mainly on CBT performance, subject to qualifying all other stages.
