Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that appointment letters will be handed over to candidates selected through the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) and the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC). The distribution ceremony will be held in Lucknow as part of the state’s ongoing recruitment initiative across various government departments.
Alongside this, the Chief Minister confirmed that 325 development projects worth approximately Rs 2,131 crore will be inaugurated and launched in Saharanpur later in the day. The programme will also include the distribution of certificates to beneficiaries of several government welfare schemes.
Appointment letters for multiple departments
Selected candidates from different sectors will receive their appointment letters during the event. These include:
Professors, Readers, Medical Officers, and Staff Nurses under the AYUSH Department
Vocational Education instructors
Staff from the Divyangjan Empowerment Department, including Nurses, Hostel Wardens, and Compounders
The recruitment process has been carried out through UPPSC and UPSSSC. The Chief Minister described the selection system as transparent and merit-based.
In a social media message, Yogi Adityanath stated that the state government is continuing to ensure fair recruitment while creating new employment opportunities for youth.
Development projects in Saharanpur
In Saharanpur, foundation stones will be laid and inaugurations will be conducted for 325 projects across different sectors, including infrastructure and public services.
These initiatives are valued at Rs 2,131 crore and are part of the state government’s broader development agenda. Beneficiaries of various welfare schemes will also receive certificates during the programme.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the state is progressing through both employment generation and large-scale development projects, aiming to improve services in areas such as healthcare, education, vocational training, and public welfare.
