Description
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has activated the correction window for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) application forms, allowing candidates to make final edits to their submitted applications.
The registration process for AIBE XXI closed on April 30, 2026. Candidates who have already applied can now review their application details and make necessary corrections within the specified time frame. The last date to pay the application fee is May 1, 2026.
The AIBE is a compulsory examination for law graduates in India who wish to practise law. It is conducted by the Bar Council of India, and only candidates enrolled with a State Bar Council are eligible to appear. Those who clear the exam are awarded the Certificate of Practice (COP), which authorises them to practise in courts across the country.
