The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB NTPC UG Exam City Slip 2026. Candidates appearing for the CBT 1 examination can now download their city intimation slip from the official websites of their respective regional RRBs.

CBT 1 Exam Dates and Pattern

The Computer-Based Test (CBT 1) is scheduled to be conducted on May 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2026.

The exam will consist of 100 questions divided into three sections:

• General Awareness: 40 questions

• Mathematics: 30 questions

• General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions

Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete the exam. There will be negative marking, with 1/3 mark deducted for each incorrect answer. The section-wise distribution may vary slightly in the actual paper.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes multiple stages:

• 1st Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• 2nd Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) (if applicable)

• Document Verification and Medical Examination

Final selection will be based strictly on merit across these stages.
