The Indian Maritime University has extended the application deadline for IMU CET 2026. Eligible candidates can now submit their applications until April 28, 2026, through the official website.

The entire registration process is conducted online. Applicants must visit the university’s website and select the IMU CET 2026 application link to begin the process.

The IMU CET exam is held for admission to a range of programmes such as BTech, MSc, and PhD courses offered by the university. The test will be conducted in a computer-based format and will last for three hours, with remote proctoring enabled.

• Last date to apply: April 28, 2026 (up to 12:00 PM)

• Exam date: May 24, 2026

• Exam timing: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Register by entering basic details to generate login credentials

• Log in using the created credentials

• Complete the application form with accurate information

• Upload necessary documents as per the specified guidelines

• Pay the application fee

• Submit the form

• Download and save a copy of the submitted application for future use

Exam Pattern (B.Tech)

The B.Tech entrance test will be conducted online in English and will consist of 200 questions to be completed within three hours. The exam is designed to assess candidates on subjects such as core sciences, language proficiency, general awareness, and aptitude skills.
