Description
The Delhi High Court has announced the results for the Stage-I Preliminary Examination (Computer-Based Test) conducted for the Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA)/Restorer Recruitment 2026. The exam was held on March 22, 2026, and candidates can now access their results through the official website.
The recruitment notification for these posts was issued on January 31, 2026. The application window opened on February 4 and closed on February 23, followed by a correction facility made available on March 1, 2026.
As per the official statement released by the Examination Branch (Non-Judicial), a total of 26,226 candidates appeared for the test, while 9,573 candidates did not attend. After evaluation, 2,343 candidates have been selected to move forward to the next phase of the selection process.
Those who have cleared the preliminary stage are now eligible to appear for the upcoming rounds. Details regarding the schedule for the mains examination will be shared soon on the court’s official portal.

Candidates who scored marks equal to the prescribed cut-off in their respective categories have also been included in the list of qualified candidates.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 152 vacancies. These include 62 posts for the General category, 12 for EWS, 44 for OBC-NCL, 20 for SC, and 14 for ST candidates. Additionally, 10 positions are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) under horizontal reservation.
The selection procedure consists of multiple stages, including the mains examination, an English typing test, interview, document verification, and a medical examination. Candidates must successfully clear each stage to progress further in the recruitment process.
