The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has opened the application process for Constable (Technical & Tradesmen and Pioneer) Recruitment 2026 from April 20, 2026. Interested candidates can apply online through the official recruitment portal until May 19, 2026.

A total of 9,195 vacancies have been announced for both male and female candidates across India.

Vacancy Details

• Male candidates: 9,096 posts

• Female candidates: 79 posts

• Pioneer wing: 20 posts (all-India basis)

The recruitment covers various trades such as Driver, Cook, Carpenter, Tailor, Barber, Washerman, Safai Karamchari, and other technical roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:
Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Age Limit:

• Driver post: 21 to 27 years

• Other posts: 18 to 23 years
  Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognised board. Certain posts may require ITI certification or relevant technical experience.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will include multiple stages:

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Trade/Skill Test

• Document Verification

• Medical Examination

Final selection will primarily depend on performance in the CBT, subject to qualifying all other stages.
