The National Testing Agency has activated a one-time correction facility for candidates of CUET UG 2026, allowing them to modify their previously selected subjects. The correction window is temporary and will close tomorrow, so applicants must complete any changes before the deadline.

This facility is available only to candidates who have successfully registered and paid the application fee. It has been introduced after several requests from students who wished to adjust their subject combinations in line with the eligibility requirements of different participating universities.

What can be edited

Through this correction window, candidates can revise the subjects they had chosen earlier in their application forms. This update option is meant to help applicants ensure that their subject choices match the requirements of the universities they are applying to.

No other details in the application form can be changed under this option. Candidates are advised to carefully review all updates before final submission, as the revised subject list will be considered final for the exam and admission process.

Exam schedule and key dates

CUET UG 2026 will be conducted between May 11 and May 31, 2026. The exam will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at centres located across India and abroad.

The registration process initially took place from January 3 to January 30, 2026. The last date for fee payment was January 31, 2026, later extended up to February 7, 2026. An additional registration window was also provided from February 23 to February 26, 2026 to accommodate more applicants.
