Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has launched two new mobile applications—MyLIC for customers and Super Sales Saathi for intermediaries—on April 15, 2026. This initiative reflects India’s growing focus on technology-driven and inclusive insurance services. With over 260 million policies, LIC aims to simplify policy management, improve service efficiency, and empower both customers and agents through seamless, paperless digital solutions.

The launch was led by M. Nagaraju, Secretary of the Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance, in the presence of LIC leadership including R. Doraiswamy. Users can view and manage their entire insurance portfolio in one place, make secure premium payments instantly, and track policy status and benefits in real time. The app also offers paperless policy loans, online updates and modifications, easy revival of lapsed policies, and the ability to explore and purchase new policies digitally. Additionally, it includes a fast and secure e-KYC process for smooth onboarding.

Super Sales Saathi App for Agents and Intermediaries

Alongside customer-focused services, LIC has introduced the Super Sales Saathi app to empower its extensive network of agents and intermediaries. The app is designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

The app provides advanced digital sales tools, real-time policy tracking, and automated customer follow-up reminders.
