The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the scribe details submission facility for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates appearing in NEET UG 2026. The portal became active on April 16 and will remain available until April 21, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.

Candidates who intend to use their own scribe must complete the registration process within this specified period. NTA has clearly stated that no applications or updates will be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances.

Only those candidates who had selected the scribe option during the initial NEET UG application will be able to access this facility. Eligible candidates can log in using their application number and password to find the “Register Scribe Details” option on their dashboard.

Once submitted, the information will be permanently recorded in the application form and confirmation page.

Steps to submit NEET UG 2026 scribe details

• First visit the official website.

• Log in using your application number and password

• Click on “Register Scribe Details”

• Choose the option for using your own scribe

• Enter the required details of the scribe carefully

• Review all information before submitting

• Submit the form

• Check the “View Application Form” section to confirm updates

• Ensure the scribe details appear on the confirmation page
