A seminar titled “Future of Work: Navigating AI, Global Capability Centers and Global Shifts” was hosted by the HR Infotech Association, Pune Chapter, and saw strong participation from industry professionals.

The session featured insights from several HR leaders, including Dr. Rahul Bagale, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ultra Corpotech; Amol Gupta, India Head of Human Resources at BNY; Priya Damle, Chief Human Resources Officer at Neilsoft; Neville Postwala, Vice President – Talent at Harbinger Group; and Baliram Mutgekar, Co-founder of Saksham Bharat and Executive Member of the HR Infotech Association.

Held on April 10 in Koregaon Park, the seminar aimed to explore how workplaces are evolving due to advancements in artificial intelligence, the expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and broader global trends. The panel discussion brought together experienced HR professionals to exchange perspectives on these emerging changes.

Key discussions revolved around the impact of AI on HR practices, the transformation and growth of GCCs, shifting expectations of employees, leadership challenges during uncertain global conditions, the rise of AI-driven “digital employees,” and strategies to enhance workforce quality and management.

Baliram Mutgekar highlighted the rapid transformation within the HR domain, noting that such platforms enable professionals to share insights and collectively shape the future of work culture.
