Vacancy Details

LIC HFL is recruiting for 180 Junior Assistant posts across multiple states, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Bihar, and others. The recruitment is conducted on a city-wise basis, and candidates are allowed to apply for only one preferred location.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Age will be calculated as on April 1, 2026

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline with at least 55% marks

• Degree must be from a recognized university

• Distance, correspondence, and part-time degrees are not accepted

Additional Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Must be an Indian citizen

• Work experience is desirable but not mandatory

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of around Rs 20,000 per month. The annual CTC is expected to range between Rs 4.64 lakh and Rs 4.98 lakh, depending on the posting location.

Employees will also be entitled to benefits such as HRA, meal coupons, provident fund, medical insurance, group insurance, and performance-based increments.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will consist of two stages:

1. Online Examination

2. Interview

The written test will include sections on English Language, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. The exam will carry 200 questions for 200 marks and will include negative marking for incorrect answers.
