Description

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education) is set to announce the TS Intermediate Results 2026 for both 1st and 2nd year students on April 12, as confirmed by the board secretary. The results will cover nearly 9.97 lakh students who appeared in the examinations held earlier this year across Telangana.

Students will be able to check their results online by visiting the official websites and entering their hall ticket number along with other required login details. The online marks memo will serve as a provisional scorecard, while original certificates will be issued later by respective schools.

Number of Candidates Appeared

Around 9.97 lakh students appeared for the TS Inter exams. The 1st year exams were conducted from February 25 to March 17, while the 2nd year exams took place between February 26 and March 18. More than 4.41 lakh students appeared for the first-year examinations alone, highlighting the importance of these results for higher education opportunities.

  • Visit any official result website.

  • Click on the link for 1st Year or 2nd Year results.

Passing Criteria and Grading System

To qualify in the TS Inter examinations, students must secure at least 35% marks in each subject, including theory and practicals, along with an overall aggregate of 35%.

Grades are awarded as follows:

  • A Grade: 75% and above

  • B Grade: 60%–74%

  • C Grade: 50%–59%

  • D Grade: 35%–49%

The provisional marks memo includes student details such as name, hall ticket number, district, subject-wise marks, practical marks, total score, grade, and qualification status.

After Result Declaration

Students unsatisfied with their marks can apply for revaluation, rechecking, or request photocopies of answer sheets. Those who fail in one or more subjects may appear for supplementary exams. The provisional marks memo will remain valid for admissions until original certificates are issued by schools.
