The Recruitment Cell of the District Judiciary of Andhra Pradesh has released important updates regarding appointments under the meritorious sports persons category. These updates cover multiple posts, including Field Assistant, Examiner, Process Server, and Office Subordinate, as per earlier recruitment notifications.

These developments are linked to Notifications No. 4/2025-RC, 5/2025-RC, 9/2025-RC, and 10/2025-RC issued on 06 May 2025 for various posts in the District Judiciary of Andhra Pradesh. As part of the latest update, the High Court website published a list of eligible candidates under the sports quota on 09 April 2026, directing shortlisted applicants to submit their documents at the concerned District Courts for verification.

Eligible Candidates List and Document Verification

A notice issued on 09 April 2026 included the list of candidates found eligible under the meritorious sports quota for posts such as Field Assistant, Examiner, Process Server, and Office Subordinate. Candidates have been instructed to submit the required documents at their respective District Courts as part of the verification process. A related Government Order was also attached to the notification.

Second Provisional Selection Lists Released

On 08 April 2026, the Recruitment Cell published second provisional selection lists for several posts, including Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, and Process Server. These selections are part of the recruitment process under the notifications issued in May 2025.

Document Verification Schedule

The document verification process for candidates included in the second provisional list will be conducted from 16 April 2026 to 27 April 2026. This applies to multiple posts such as Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, and Process Server in the District Judiciary of Andhra Pradesh.

Instructions for Candidates

Applicants are required to strictly follow the instructions issued by the Recruitment Cell and appear for document verification at their allotted District Courts within the given schedule. Submission of valid documents is mandatory to proceed further in the final selection process under the sports quota.
