The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has opened a limited correction window for candidates who have registered for the MH DPN/PHN CET 2026 and MH Nursing CET 2026. These entrance exams, held on May 6 and 7, 2026, are used for admission to nursing programmes across the state.

This correction facility has been introduced after repeated instances in previous years where candidates requested changes in their application forms after hall tickets were issued or during the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). To address this, candidates are now being given a one-time opportunity to rectify errors.

As per the official schedule, the correction window is available from April 7 to April 9, 2026, until 11:59 pm. The CET Cell has clarified that no further changes will be allowed once this deadline passes. Candidates can edit important personal details such as their name, date of birth, gender, signature, and photograph, as these are essential for identity verification during exams and admissions.

The official notice highlights that many applicants make mistakes while filling out their forms and later request modifications at later stages, which creates complications.

Steps to edit MHT CET Nursing and DPN/PHN 2026 application forms:

• First visit the State CET Cell Maharashtra official website.

• Select the link for MH DPN/PHN CET 2026 or MH Nursing CET 2026

• Log in using your registered email ID and password

• Access your submitted application form

• Click on the “Edit” or “Correction” option

• Update the allowed fields (name, date of birth, gender, signature, photograph)

• Review all changes carefully

• Submit the updated form

• Download and keep a copy for future reference
