Maharashtra’s Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has updated the MHT CET 2026 examination schedule. The revision was necessary after several national-level exams coincided with the originally planned CET dates, prompting a rescheduling to avoid conflicts for candidates.

The revised timetable covers March, April, and May 2026, impacting entrance exams for fields including engineering, management, law, and teaching. The change follows multiple requests from candidates who faced overlapping schedules with major national exams:

• UPSC NDA & NA Examination (I), 2026

• UPSC CDS Examination (I), 2026

• NATA 2026 (Phase 1)

To ensure students do not have to choose between these important exams, the CET Cell has adjusted the MHT CET (PCM Group) dates, specifically removing April 12, 2026, from the exam window.

Revised MHT CET 2026 Dates (PCM Group)

• New Exam Window: April 11 to April 20, 2026

• Exclusion: April 12, 2026 (due to national exam clashes)

Authorities have emphasized the importance of staying updated to prevent last-minute issues. Key instructions for candidates include:

• City Intimation Slip: Available from April 5, 2026 (after 2 PM)

• Admit Card Re-download: From April 7, 2026 onwards

Candidates should re-download their admit cards to confirm:

• Exact exam date

• Exam centre name and address

• District information
