The lottery draw, conducted at 2 PM and streamed live on the State Education Center’s YouTube channel, is an important step in implementing Section 12(1)(C) of the Right to Education Act, which reserves 25% seats for economically weaker sections in private schools.

This year saw significant participation, with over 1.78 lakh eligible applicants competing for around 1.22 lakh seats available across nearly 22,000 private schools in the state.

Follow these steps to download the allotment details:

• First visit the official portal.

• Click on “RTE Admission 2026-27” or “Lottery Result” on the homepage

• Enter your Application Number / Samagra ID and Date of Birth

• Click on Submit

• The school allotment details will appear on the screen

• Download the Allotment Letter and take a printout for admission
