The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has started the online application process for the recruitment of Constable/Driver and Constable/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator (DCPO) posts for 2025. Interested candidates can apply through the official recruitment portal until March 4, 2025. This recruitment drive offers a total of 1,124 vacancies, providing an opportunity to join one of India’s leading security forces.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the required age and educational qualifications:

• Age Limit: 21 to 27 years as of March 4, 2025 (relaxation applicable for reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and EWS).

• Education: Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board.

• Driving License: A valid license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV), Light Motor Vehicle (LMV), and motorcycle with gears is mandatory.

Vacancy Details

A total of 1,124 posts have been distributed across categories and roles, including Constable/Driver and Constable/DCPO. Reservations have been provided as per government norms, including a quota for ex-servicemen (ESM).

Application Process

Candidates need to apply online through the official CISF recruitment website. While filling out the form, applicants can choose between the two posts, but only one application per candidate will be accepted.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes multiple stages:

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Documentation verification

• Trade Test (driving and vehicle-related skills)

• Written Examination

• Medical Examination

The written test will be conducted in English and Hindi and will include 100 objective-type questions covering General Knowledge, Mathematics, Analytical Ability, Observation Skills, and Basic English/Hindi.

Admit Card and Final Selection

Admit cards for each stage will be released on the official website. Final selection will be based on candidates’ performance in the written exam, with category-wise cut-offs applied.
