The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued a notification providing key updates about the exam city intimation slip, admit card release, and scribe facility for the Junior Engineer (JE) 2025 Paper II and Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 10+2 Tier II exams.

As per the notice, candidates will be able to view their allotted exam city and download their admit cards from the official SSC website on the scheduled dates listed below.

Key Dates

For SSC JE 2025 (Paper II):

• Exam Date: April 7, 2026

• Exam City Slip Release: March 27, 2026

• Admit Card Availability: April 4, 2026

For SSC CHSL 10+2 Tier II:

• Exam Date: April 10, 2026

• Exam City Slip Release: April 1, 2026

• Admit Card Availability: April 7, 2026

Candidates can access both the city details and admit cards by logging into the SSC portal using their credentials.

Scribe Facility Guidelines

The Commission has also clarified the process for candidates opting for the “own scribe” facility. Even if candidates had previously selected this option, they must complete the registration again on the SSC website. This step is compulsory for anyone intending to use a scribe during the exam.

Once the process is completed successfully, candidates will be issued a separate entry pass for the scribe.

For those appearing in both JE and CHSL exams, the scribe registration (if needed) must be completed between April 1 and April 5, 2026.

Applicants should carefully review all details mentioned on their admit cards. If there are any discrepancies, they are advised to follow the information provided in the official notice.

Candidates should also regularly visit the SSC website for updates and ensure all required steps are completed well before the examination dates.
