MOIL Limited has released an official notice regarding the availability of admit cards (call letters) and information handouts for candidates appearing in the online examination for Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee, and Manager (Survey) posts. The examination is scheduled to take place on April 3, 2026.

Admit card download and instructions

Candidates can download their call letters from the official website by logging in with their registration number or roll number along with their password or date of birth. The download facility was activated on March 17, 2026, and will remain available until April 3, 2026.

Along with the admit card, candidates can also access an information handout that explains the exam pattern and structure. It is important to review this document thoroughly before the test. Additionally, an FAQ section has been provided on the portal to help resolve any issues related to downloading the admit card.

Recruitment details

This recruitment drive, conducted under Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, includes vacancies across multiple disciplines such as Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Geology, Process, Materials, Contract Management, Systems, Personnel, and Marketing.

Changes in examination centres

Due to a high number of applications, MOIL Limited has revised some exam centre allocations. In certain cases, candidates have been assigned centres in nearby cities instead of their originally selected locations.

For example:

  • Candidates in Raipur (Chhattisgarh) may have been allotted centres in Bhilai, approximately 33 km away.

  • Candidates from Delhi and NCR regions may have centres in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, or Greater Noida, with distances ranging between 15 to 30 km.

Selection process and exam pattern

The selection process consists of two stages:

  • A computer-based online test

  • A personal interview

The online test will be conducted for 90 minutes and will carry a total of 85 marks. It will include objective-type questions covering areas such as General Knowledge, Reasoning, and General English.

Qualifying criteria

  • General and EWS candidates must score at least 50% in each section.

  • SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40% in each section.

Candidates are advised to download their admit cards well in advance and carefully check their exam centre details to avoid any last-minute issues.
