The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the provisional answer key for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026. Candidates who took the examination can now access the answer key through the official website.
The CTET February 2026 exam was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2026 across various centres in India. The test is held for candidates aspiring to become teachers for Classes 1 to 5 (Paper 1) and Classes 6 to 8 (Paper 2) in schools nationwide.
Along with the provisional answer key, CBSE has also made available the scanned images of candidates’ OMR sheets. By comparing their marked responses with the answer key, candidates can estimate their expected scores in the examination.
CTET 2026 Answer Key: Objection Process
The released answer key is provisional, meaning candidates have the opportunity to raise objections if they find any discrepancies. To challenge an answer, candidates must submit their objections along with valid supporting documents and pay the prescribed fee for each question they contest.
After reviewing all the submitted challenges, the board will release the final answer key. The CTET February 2026 results will be prepared based on this final version of the answer key.
