The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has issued the admit cards for the Development Assistant (DA) and Development Assistant (Hindi) Preliminary Examination 2026. Candidates who completed the application process can now access and download their hall tickets from the official website, nabard.org.

The recruitment notification for NABARD Development Assistant 2026 was released on January 15, 2026. The online application window remained open from January 17 to February 3, 2026. The Preliminary Examination is set to take place on February 21, 2026, while the Main Examination is scheduled for April 12, 2026.

Steps to Download the NABARD DA Admit Card 2026

Candidates must log in to the official portal using their registration number along with their password or date of birth to access the admit card. After downloading, they should print a copy for exam day use. Entry to the examination centre will not be permitted without a printed admit card and a valid photo identification proof.

The admit card includes key information such as the exam date, shift timing, reporting time, examination centre address, and important instructions. Applicants are advised to carefully review all details mentioned and contact the concerned authorities immediately in case of any discrepancies.

Vacancy and Eligibility Information

As per the official notification, a total of 162 vacancies have been announced. Of these, 159 positions are for Development Assistant, while 3 posts are for Development Assistant (Hindi).

For the Development Assistant role, candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline. Those applying for the Development Assistant (Hindi) post must have completed graduation with Hindi and English as subjects.

The prescribed age limit is between 21 and 35 years as of January 1, 2026.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The recruitment process comprises four stages:

  • Preliminary Examination

  • Main Examination

  • Document Verification

  • Medical Examination

The Preliminary Exam is an online test carrying 100 marks with a duration of 60 minutes. It includes sections on English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning.

The Main Examination is conducted for 200 marks and covers Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with emphasis on agriculture, rural development, and banking), Computer Knowledge, and Descriptive English.

Candidates are encouraged to download their admit cards promptly and continue their preparation to ensure strong performance in the upcoming examinations.
