The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released a notification inviting online applications for the HCS (Executive Branch) and other Allied Services Examination 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official HPSC website at hpsc.gov.in.

The online application window opened on February 6, 2026, and will remain active until February 26, 2026. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 102 vacancies will be filled.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the required educational qualifications and age criteria as specified in the detailed notification issued by HPSC. Candidates are advised to carefully review the official notification before applying.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

• Preliminary Examination

• Main Written Examination

• Personality Test/Viva-Voce

The Preliminary Examination will include two papers Paper I and Paper II carrying a total of 200 marks. The questions will cover General Studies and the Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). Both papers will be objective-type (multiple-choice) and each will have a duration of two hours.

A negative marking system will be applied, with a deduction of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. Paper II (CSAT) will be qualifying in nature, and candidates must secure at least 33% marks to qualify.

Application Fee

The application fee structure is as follows:

• Candidates belonging to DSC, OSC, BC-A (Non-Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS categories, women candidates of Haryana, and DESM candidates of Haryana under their respective reserved categories are required to pay Rs 250.

• DESM candidates of Haryana under the Unreserved (UR) category and all other candidates must pay Rs 1000.

The fee must be paid through online mode only.
