The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the UGC NET 2025 result on February 4. Candidates who appeared for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test can now view their results by visiting the official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

The UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted between December 31, 2025, and January 7, 2026. The exam was held in two shifts each day the morning shift from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and the afternoon shift from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

NTA had released the provisional answer key on January 14, 2026, and candidates were allowed to submit objections till January 17, 2026. For each challenge raised against the provisional key, a processing fee of ?200 was applicable.
