The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has made the NEET SS 2025 scorecards available on its official website, natboard.edu.in, for all candidates who took the examination. The scorecard release follows the declaration of the NEET SS 2025 results and is an essential document for candidates participating in counselling and admission procedures.

NEET SS 2025 exam and result overview

The NEET SS 2025 examination was conducted for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB Super Specialty programmes for the 2025–26 academic session. The test was held over two days in December 2025. The results were announced on January 23, 2026, and can be accessed through the official NBEMS portal.

Subsequently, the NEET SS 2025 scorecard was issued on February 2, 2026. Candidates can download the scorecard only from the official website, and it will remain available for download for six months from the date of release.

Post-exam verification process

As per NBEMS, all questions across the NEET SS 2025 question papers were reviewed after the examination by subject experts from the relevant specialties. This review was carried out to ensure technical accuracy of the questions and answer keys. In cases where any question was found to be technically incorrect, full marks were awarded to all candidates for that question, irrespective of whether it was attempted.

Qualification criteria and scorecard information

Candidates who secured scores at or above the 50th percentile in their respective question paper groups were declared qualified. The qualifying cutoff scores were determined separately for each group, with a total of 600 marks.

The scorecard includes candidate details, examination information, percentile score, and marks obtained. In situations where rank tie-breaking is based on MBBS aggregate marks, the scores provided by candidates during the application process are displayed on the scorecard. These details will be verified against original documents during admission, and any mismatch may lead to cancellation of candidature.

• Check the details shown on the scorecard.

Counselling and admission process

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the counselling schedule for NEET SS 2025 in due course. Seat allocation will be carried out based on candidates’ rank, choices filled, and seat availability.
