The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit cards for candidates scheduled to appear on January 28 and January 29, 2026. Registered candidates can download their hall tickets from the official JEE Main website.

The examination on January 28 will be conducted in two shifts:
Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
On January 29, the exam will be held in a single shift:
Paper 2A: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Paper 2B: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Candidates must verify that the QR code and barcode are clearly visible on the admit card after downloading it.

Important Instructions for JEE Main Session 1 Candidates
Candidates appearing for the examination should strictly follow the guidelines issued by NTA:
Carry at least two passport-size photographs. One photograph (same as uploaded in the application form) must be pasted on the attendance sheet at the exam centre.
Bring a valid original photo identity proof that was uploaded during the online application process. Digital copies or photocopies will not be accepted.
Items such as bags, stationery, books, papers, food items, water bottles, mobile phones, electronic devices, calculators, watches (including smart or digital watches), cameras, or any metallic objects are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Facilities for safekeeping personal belongings may not be available at the centre.
After completing the exam, candidates must drop the duly filled admit card in the designated drop box while exiting the examination hall. Failure to do so may lead to non-evaluation of the response sheet.
Candidates should ensure that the question paper displayed on the computer screen matches the subject and language selected by them, as mentioned on the admit card. Any discrepancy must be immediately reported to the invigilator.
