Description

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has made the scorecards for the 4th Grade recruitment examination available on its official recruitment website. Candidates who appeared for the written test can now log in to check their marks and qualification status online.

The scorecards were issued following the announcement of the RSMSSB 4th Grade Result 2025–26, which was declared on January 16, 2026.

RSMSSB 4th Grade Exam 2025: Key Highlights

The written examination for 4th Grade (Class IV) posts was conducted over three days September 19 to September 21, 2025. The exam was held in two shifts per day at nearly 1,300 examination centres spread across 38 districts of Rajasthan.

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Out of 24.71 lakh registered candidates, around 21.17 lakh candidates appeared for the examination, resulting in an attendance percentage of 85.86%.

Massive Recruitment Drive for Grade 4 Posts

Through this recruitment process, the RSMSSB aims to fill 53,479 Grade 4 (Class IV) vacancies across various departments of the Rajasthan state government.

The recruitment includes posts such as:

• Peon

• Office Attendant

• Sweeper

• Mali / Gardener

• Laboratory Attendant

• Data Entry Operator

• Record Keeper

Marking Scheme for RSMSSB 4th Grade Exam

The evaluation of the written test follows the marking scheme given below:

• +1 mark for each correct answer

• –? mark deducted for every incorrect response

• No negative marking for unanswered questions

Merit List and Document Verification

Along with the scorecards, the RSMSSB has also released the 4th Grade Merit List PDF. The merit list includes the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for document verification, displayed category-wise.

Candidates selected for the next stage must appear for document verification with original certificates, which include:

• Class 10 qualification certificate

• Proof of age

• Rajasthan domicile certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Final selection will be subject to successful verification of documents and eligibility conditions.
