Description
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has published the provisional answer key for the Stenographer Main Examination 2025, conducted under Advertisement No. 13-Examination/2024. The written examination was held to fill 1,224 stenographer vacancies in various Uttar Pradesh government departments.
Along with the answer key, the commission has activated an online objection facility for candidates who wish to contest any of the responses provided. As per the official notification, objections can be submitted online until January 28, 2026.
Provisional answer key available online
According to an official notice dated January 22, 2026, the provisional answer key for Stenographer Main Examination (PET-2023)/13 has been uploaded to the commission’s website. The examination was conducted on January 20, 2026.
The answer key has been released in a master set format. Candidates are permitted to raise objections only against the answers mentioned in this master set. UPSSSC has clarified that the order of questions and corresponding answers is strictly as per the sequence displayed in the provisional key available online.
Objection submission process and fee details
To ensure transparency, UPSSSC has provided a dedicated online link for raising objections to the provisional answer key. Candidates who appeared for the examination can access the objection portal by logging in with their registration number, roll number, date of birth, and captcha code.
After reviewing the guidelines, candidates can select the relevant question and submit their objection by choosing an alternative answer or providing a written explanation. Supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
The objection fee is Rs 100 per question, payable online. Once the fee is paid and the objection is submitted, no changes or edits will be allowed. Candidates can submit objections only once during the objection window, and submissions made through offline or other modes will not be accepted.
