The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi, has issued the admit cards for students who will appear in the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations in 2026. The council has informed that the admit cards can be accessed and downloaded only by the heads of the respective schools and colleges through the official website, jac.jharkhand.gov.in, using the allotted school login credentials. Students will not be able to download the hall tickets on their own and must obtain them from their institutions.
As per the examination schedule, the written theory exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 will be conducted between February 3 and February 17, 2026. After the completion of the theory papers, the practical and viva examinations will be organised from February 24 to March 7, 2026.
The council has clearly stated that students will not be allowed to enter the examination centre without a valid admit card. Candidates are advised to keep their hall tickets secure and carry them on every examination day.
JAC Class 10, 12 Admit Card 2026: Download process for schools
The Jharkhand Academic Council has specified that only school authorities are permitted to download the admit cards. Students are required to collect the printed admit cards from their schools. The official procedure followed by schools is as follows:
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link on the homepage.
Log in using the school ID and password provided by the council.
Choose the relevant examination (Class 10 or Class 12).
Download the admit cards for the registered students.
Take printouts of the admit cards.
Carefully check details such as student name, roll number, subject codes, and examination centre information.
