The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the schedule for releasing the UGC NET December 2025 Answer Key. Candidates can check the detailed notice on the official UGC NET website.

According to the notification, the provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2025 examination will be made available on January 15, 2026.

Steps to Download UGC NET December 2025 Answer Key

Candidates can access the provisional answer key by following the steps below:

• First visit the official website.

• now click on the link on the homepage.

• Log in using the required credentials on the new page.

• Submit the details to view the answer key along with the question paper.

• Download the answer key for reference.

• Keep a printed copy for future use.

Answer Key Challenge Process

As stated in the official notice, once the provisional answer key is released, candidates will be able to review:

• The question paper

• Their recorded responses

Candidates who find discrepancies can submit objections within the specified time period by following the prescribed procedure. A processing fee of Rs 200 per challenged question must be paid online. This fee is non-refundable.

Only objections submitted:

• Through the official challenge link

• Within the announced timeline

• Along with proper justification or supporting evidence

will be accepted. Challenges submitted through any other mode or after the deadline will not be considered.

All valid objections will be reviewed by subject experts. Based on this evaluation, the final answer key will be published, and the UGC NET December 2025 results will be prepared accordingly.

UGC NET December 2025 Exam Details

The UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, in two daily shifts:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
