SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-learning for Young Aspiring Minds) is a national-level online education platform supported by the Government of India. The exams will be conducted for 648 courses in hybrid mode, including Computer-Based Tests (VCBT) and Pen-and-Paper Tests (PPT). NTA SWAYAM January 2026 Exam Schedule

The SWAYAM January 2026 exams will be held on:

• June 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2026

Buffer dates: June 22 and 23, 2026 (to be used if needed due to technical or administrative reasons).

Exam Shifts:

• First shift: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Second shift: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The question papers will be in English, except for language courses, which will be in their respective languages. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the MCQ sections, providing relief to candidates appearing for the exams.
