The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the UGC NET December 2025 admit cards for candidates scheduled to appear for the examination on January 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, 2026. Eligible candidates can now access and download their hall tickets from the official website.

Candidates appearing on the above-mentioned dates must download their admit cards using their login details. Entry to the examination centre will not be permitted without a valid admit card.

How to Download NTA UGC NET Admit Card 2025

Candidates can follow these steps to obtain their hall ticket:

• First visit the official website.

• Click on the link that reads “Admit Card for UGC-NET December 2025”.

• Enter your application number, date of birth, and the security captcha.

• Submit the details.

• The admit card will be displayed on the screen.

• Download and save the file.

• Print a clear copy to carry to the examination centre.

UGC NET December 2025 Examination Schedule

The UGC NET December 2025 examination is being conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) for 85 subjects across the country. The test window runs from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. Candidates were earlier informed of their exam city and date through the city intimation slip.

Exam Shifts and Timings

The examination is held in two shifts each day:

• Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

• Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Candidates must report to the test centre strictly according to the reporting time mentioned on their admit card, as late entry is not permitted.

The admit card includes essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and test centre address. Candidates are advised to carefully verify all information printed on the hall ticket.
