Description
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the subject-wise examination timetable for UGC NET December 2025. The examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. Candidates preparing for the eligibility test can now check the detailed schedule, including exam dates, subject names, codes, and shift timings.
As per the official notification, information regarding the city of the examination centre will be uploaded on the NTA website ten days prior to the exam date. Aspirants are advised to regularly visit official website for the latest updates, official instructions, and announcements related to the December 2025 session.
UGC NET December 2025: Shift Timings
Shift I: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Shift II: 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM
All subjects scheduled on December 31, 2025, will be conducted only in Shift I, while exams on subsequent dates will take place in both shifts.
