Description
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has updated the NEET PG Counselling 2025 timetable, issuing a revised schedule for Round 1. Candidates can view the updated details on the official MCC portal.
According to the new schedule, choice filling for Round 1 will open on November 20 and remain available until 12 noon on November 21, 2025. The seat allotment process will begin at 2 PM on November 21, and the Round 1 seat allocation result will be released on November 22, 2025. Students who receive a seat must report to their allotted colleges between November 23 and December 1, 2025.
Steps To Fill Choices
First visit the MCC official website.
Now click on the link displayed on the homepage.
Log in with the required credentials on the redirected page.
Submit your details and proceed to fill in your preferred choices.
After selecting your choices, submit and download the confirmation page.
Keep a printed copy for future reference.
Changes In Seat Matrix
Along with the revised dates, MCC has also modified the Round 1 seat matrix. This includes the removal of certain DNB seats and the addition of newly approved seats by the National Medical Commission (NMC) in Deemed Universities.
239 new PG seats sanctioned by NMC in Deemed Universities have been added.
235 PG DNB seats (186 in government institutions and 49 in private institutions) have been withdrawn as per information shared by the NBE.
Due to these changes, the roster for government colleges offering DNB programmes has been updated. Candidates can visit the MCC website for complete details and further updates.
