The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the online application window for the Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) 2025 on Thursday, October 16, 2025, by 11:00 PM. Interested and eligible candidates must complete their application process by visiting the official SSC website.

• Application Deadline: October 16, 2025 (11:00 PM)

• Online Fee Payment Last Date: October 17, 2025 (11:00 PM)

• Application Correction Window: October 26 to 27, 2025 (till 11:00 PM)

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be:

  • An Indian citizen, or

  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan (with a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India)

• Age Limit: 20 to 25 years as of August 1, 2025
  (Age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government norms)

Candidates requiring a certificate of eligibility will be allowed to appear for the exam but will be offered an appointment only after the certificate is issued by the Government of India.

• Sub-Inspector (GD) – CAPFs: 2,861

Computer-Based Examination

The online examination for eligible candidates is scheduled to be held in November–December 2025.
