The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) is set to begin the online application process for the recruitment of Sub Inspectors in the Madhya Pradesh Police from October 27, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the MPESB official website.

Key Dates For MP Police Sub Inspector Recruitment

• Start of Online Application: October 27, 2025

• Last Date for Application Submission: November 10, 2025

• Application Correction Window Opens: October 27, 2025

• Application Correction Window Closes: November 15, 2025

Examination Schedule

The recruitment exam is scheduled for January 9, 2026, and will be conducted in two shifts:

• First Shift: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (reporting time: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM)

• Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (reporting time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)

Candidates will be allotted 10 minutes before the exam to go through important instructions:

• First Shift: 9:20 AM – 9:30 AM

• Second Shift: 2:20 PM – 2:30 PM

Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive aims to fill the following positions:

• Subedar: 28 vacancies

• Sub Inspector (General Duty – Special Armed Forces): 95 vacancies

• Sub Inspector (General Duty – Other than Special Armed Forces): 377 vacancies

Pay Scale

All posts will follow Level 9 of the pay matrix, with a salary range of Rs 36,200 – Rs 1,14,800.

• General/Unreserved Category: Rs 200

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Categories: Rs 100
