The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for the UGC NET December 2025 examination on October 7, 2025. Eligible candidates can now submit their applications online through the official website.

Important Dates

• Start of Online Application: October 7, 2025

• Last Date for Application Submission: November 7, 2025 (up to 11:50 PM)

• Last Date for Fee Payment: November 7, 2025 (up to 11:50 PM)

• Application Correction Window: November 10 to 12, 2025 (up to 11:50 PM)

NTA will announce details regarding the exam date, city intimation slip, and admit card in due course.

The UGC NET December 2025 exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for 85 subjects.

Key Instructions For Applicants

• Candidates must apply only through the online mode via official website. Applications submitted in any other format will not be accepted.

• Each candidate is allowed to submit only one application form.

• Applicants should carefully read and follow the guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin available on the official website. Non-compliance with these instructions may lead to disqualification.

• The email ID and mobile number provided during registration must belong to the candidate or their parent/guardian, as all official communication from NTA will be sent through these channels.

The application fee can be paid using net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
