The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced additional seats for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 3. Candidates who have registered for Round 3 can view the official notice on the MCC website. The newly added seats are now included in the Round 3 seat matrix, and the detailed list is available in the official notice.
A total of 139 seats have been added across several states:
Delhi (NCT): 42 seats
Gujarat: 25 seats
Haryana: 15 seats
Maharashtra: 25 seats
Punjab: 25 seats
Uttar Pradesh: 7 seats

Candidates can follow these steps to access the notice:
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link.
On the new page, find and open the added seats list.
Download and save a copy for future reference.
Round 3 Seat Allotment Schedule
Seat allotment processing: October 7, 2025
Round 3 seat allotment result: October 8, 2025
Reporting to allotted institutes: October 9 to October 17, 2025
Verification of data: October 18–19, 2025
