The 28th edition of the National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG) was held on 22-23 September 2025 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The conference, organized by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) and the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh government, focused on the theme "Viksit Bharat – Civil Service and Digital Transformation." The conference was officially inaugurated by Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology, Personnel, among other ministries.
