Description
Procter & Gamble Health has announced that Shashank Srowthy will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 1, 2025. This appointment follows the departure of Lokesh Chandak, who has been reassigned as Senior Director Finance & Accounting for the Feminine Care segment across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Pune University
Master of Management Studies (MMS) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai
Professional Experience:
Joined Procter & Gamble in 2011 and has since held key finance leadership roles across India, Dubai, and Singapore
Recognized for driving strategic financial initiatives, operational efficiency, and robust financial governance in diverse markets
Has extensive experience in managing high-growth regions and aligning finance operations with business strategy
Board And Regulatory Information
Upon joining, Shrowthy will be designated as an Additional Director on the company’s board until the next Annual General Meeting. His formal appointment as an Executive Director is contingent on:
Approval from shareholders
