In a landmark achievement, Shri Vivekanand Gupta, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, has been chosen to represent India and the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) at the prestigious Public Financial Asset Management (PFAM) Program for 2025–26. This elite program is jointly organized by the World Bank and the Milken Institute, and will be hosted at Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
This selection marks the first-ever participation of an EPFO officer in this global program, making it a historic milestone for India in the realm of public financial management and international leadership.
PDUNASS Facilitates Global Recognition
Shri Gupta’s nomination was made through a competitive process led by the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS), the apex training institute of EPFO. By recommending him, PDUNASS has reinforced EPFO’s global presence and set a precedent for future international collaborations in areas such as asset management, investment governance, and capital markets.

About PFAM Program

11 from Central Banks
3 from Sovereign Wealth Funds
2 from leading Pension Funds
