Description

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the exam city intimation slips for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-I Examination 2025. The computer-based test will be conducted from September 12 to 26, 2025, across 260 centres in 129 cities nationwide.

This year, a total of 28,14,604 candidates have registered for the Tier-I exam, reflecting the competitive nature of this recruitment process. As per the SSC notification dated September 3, 2025, around 93% of candidates have received centres allotted from their first three preferences. The rest have been assigned nearby exam locations, with the average distance from their application address being about 168 km.

Candidates can access their exam city slip by following the steps below:

  • First visit the official website.

  • Navigate to the CGL 2025 or Admit Card section.

  • Click on the link “SSC CGL 2025 Tier-I Exam City Intimation Slip.”

  • Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth.

  • Click on Submit/Login to view the slip.

  • Download the file and take a printout for reference.
